Adult Content & Age Policy
Clear Boundaries. Responsible Sharing.
Swingers Nights is for adults aged 18 and over. This policy sets out our rules for submitted content, consent and reporting concerns.
This policy does not authorise content that is otherwise prohibited by our community rules or applicable law.
1. Adults Only
You must be aged 18 or over to use Swingers Nights. People under 18 must not register, submit content or use member services.
Images or videos depicting anyone under 18 are prohibited. Anyone depicted in adult content must have been aged 18 or over when the photograph or recording was created. Being an adult now does not make an image taken while under 18 acceptable.
Do not submit content if you cannot establish that the people depicted were adults at the time it was created.
2. Consent and Permission to Publish
Only submit photographs, videos and other material that you own or are authorised to publish. Every identifiable person depicted must have agreed to the intended sharing or publication.
- Consent to being photographed or filmed is not, by itself, consent to publication.
- A private message or privately shared photograph must not be republished without permission.
- Content found online is not automatically free to copy or upload.
- Do not impersonate another person or falsely present someone else’s content as your own.
These rules apply to member submissions where enabled, venue photographs, event promotions and other material provided for use on Swingers Nights.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not submit:
- Content depicting anyone under 18.
- Sexualised content presenting someone as under 18, including manipulated or generated depictions.
- Non-consensual intimate images, covert recordings or content shared without the required permission.
- Content depicting sexual abuse, coercion or exploitation.
- Material that infringes another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Any content prohibited by applicable law or our community rules.
Meeting the age requirement does not automatically make an upload acceptable. Other content restrictions still apply.

4. Age and Identity Checks
Follow any age or identity verification instructions applicable to the service you are using. Information is available on our Age & Identity Verification page .
Do not send identity documents through ordinary email, member messages or a general contact form. Use only the designated process where a check is required.
An account verification badge does not, by itself, establish the age or consent of every person depicted in a particular photograph or video.
5. US Record-Keeping Requirements
Sections 2257 and 2257A of Title 18 of the United States Code and the associated regulations concern certain age-verification, record-keeping and labelling duties for qualifying visual depictions.
This page is a content policy. It is not a Section 2257 or 2257A records-location disclosure and does not claim that every image or video on Swingers Nights is exempt.
An adults-only statement, uploader declaration or account verification does not replace any applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Any required compliance disclosure must accurately reflect the relevant content and records arrangements.

If you believe content involves an under-18 person, has been shared without consent, or otherwise breaches this policy, email:
Include the page URL, relevant account or listing name, and a brief explanation of your concern. Do not download, copy or attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Do not include passwords or identity documents.
Swingers Nights reserves the right to refuse submissions, remove content or restrict access where this policy or our community rules are breached.
